Vendor Terms

These Vendor Terms apply to any company or individual that submits a vendor application to Property Operations Network.

Application & Vetting

Submission of a vendor application does not guarantee approval or work assignments. We manually review applications and reserve the right to accept, reject, or remove any vendor from our network at our discretion.

Licensing & Insurance

Vendors performing specialized or regulated work must maintain appropriate licensing and insurance for their trade and jurisdiction. Vendors are independently responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Independent Contractor Relationship

Approved vendors operate as independent businesses, not as employees or agents of Property Operations Network. Vendors are responsible for their own equipment, labor, and tax obligations.

Performance Standards

Vendors are expected to maintain professional communication, reliable scheduling, clear pricing and scope of work, and professional conduct on commercial properties. Failure to meet these standards may result in removal from the network.
