Property Operations Network operates as a commercial customer-acquisition and vendor-coordination service. Services are fulfilled by our company and/or qualified third-party service providers depending on the scope of work. We do not represent ourselves as a licensed general contractor, electrician, HVAC technician, or plumber unless separately and explicitly verified.

No Guarantee of Pricing or Availability

Submitting a service request or vendor application does not guarantee pricing, availability, scheduling, or approval. Specialized and regulated work is performed by appropriately licensed and insured providers, subject to availability in your area.

Limitation of Liability

We coordinate service delivery but are not the direct performing party for all services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from coordinated services is limited.
